How is the price worked out?
By how much space your items take up in the van and the type of waste. Send us a few photos and we will give you a fixed price before booking.
Do I need to bring everything outside?
No. We collect from anywhere in the property, including lofts, upper floors, gardens and garages, and we do all the carrying.
What happens to my rubbish?
Every load is taken to authorised waste and recycling facilities. Items in good condition are passed on for reuse wherever possible, and you get a waste transfer note for your records.
Is there anything you cannot take?
Hazardous waste such as asbestos, chemicals and gas bottles needs specialist handling. If you are unsure about an item, ask us when you request your quote.
How soon can you come?
Often within a day or two, and sometimes the same day. Get in touch and we will offer you the earliest available slot.
